Ms. Joyce M. Mann, CEO
Ms. Joyce M. Mann functions as RMANNCO's Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. Joyce has oversight of RMANNCO's D2D Operations and Administration Divisions for Asia and the USA. Joyce served as Corporate Secretary-Treasurer for the Company since 2010. Ms. Mann has extensive administrative experience having functioned as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Director of Special Operations and Projects at NxGenUSACorp where she provided oversight of all contracting and scheduling for research projects (classified and non classified) for RMANNCO and its affiliated companies, NxGenUSA, RWI and UMLR. As CEO, Ms. Mann is tasked with oversight and coordination of all projects, coordination, testing, scheduling, product QC and special projects liaison. She is co-author of numerous white papers and collaborates as part of the ROC-team (Resnick/O'Neill/Cramer/UMLR) commissioned to develop next-generation camouflage (smart textile systems integration) for the US Army’s visual mitigation programs for DOE/DOI/BLM and US Army PEO Soldier Command, Ft. Belvoir, VA. Ms. Mann is President and Southern States Regional Director for VansForVets.Org, a 501 C 3 Non-Profit Corporation that provides handicap-equipped vehicles, conveyances and outreach services to Honorably-discharged disabled and homeless Veterans and Families. Ms. Mann was employed by Kajima Engineering & Construction, Inc. Atlanta, GA where she managed the Atlanta Regional Offices. In that capacity she was responsible for data compilation, bid-data analysis, logistical and technical support to office and field personnel and team leaders. Ms. Mann functioned as a Project Manager-Assistant for the Alabama Paper and Pulp Project in Monroeville, AL under contract to Parsons & Whittemore Engineering, Inc. of Atlanta, GA. Other responsibilities included coordination of the Project Electrical Engineering Administrative Support department and functioned as corporate liaison to Ebasco Services, Inc. Ms. Mann held the position of Planner – Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Department; Electrical Engineering and Department Aide for Fluor, Inc's (CP&L) Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (Construction Phase) New Hill, North Carolina . She is a former Project Manager Assistant for General Motors Doraville/Atlanta. Ms. Mann is a Member in Good Standing in The Order of the Eastern Star, Vida Grantham Chapter and a past Nominee in the 'Women of Worth (L'Oreal)' program for Community Volunteer Services.

Dr. Joseph A. Resnick, President
Dr. Joseph A. Resnick functions as RMANNCO's President and Director of Apicultural Products Division. Dr. Resnick also functions in RMANNCO's Science and Technology Division as Senior Chief Scientist for Microencapsulation Technologies. Dr. Resnick is a graduate of Westinghouse Electric Corporation's Electro-Mechanical Engineering School Apprentice Program(s) and holds a B.A. Degree in the Social Sciences (Restorative Medicine and Clinical Psychology) from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Resnick holds a Master's Degree in Earth and Space Health Systems Management and was a NASA Scholar-in-Residence at the Military College of Vermont at Vermont College, Montpelier, Vermont. Dr. Resnick holds the Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Environmental Studies with concentration in Bioremediation and Biodefense from The Union Institute and University at Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Resnick is the Chief Scientist for RMANNCO's Lenoir, NC Division and Director and Board Member for NxGenUSA Corporation of Pittsburgh, PA. At RMANNCO Dr. Resnick has oversight of the Future Soldier Systems Division, the Vehicle Up-Armor and Visual Mitigation Division, the Earth & Space Biodefense Divisions and the Materials Sciences R&D Laboratories (Pittsburgh, PA, Denver, CO, Ft. Myers, FL, Lenoir, NC). Dr. Resnick is an applied scientist and inventor holding numerous US and Foreign Patents concerning various technologies, e.g., low observables <stealth coatings>, speech restoration prostheses and training devices, environmental cleanup products, smart-textiles (ECM and ECCM Countermeasure Garments) and biodefense technologies (Countermeasure for CNB WMD's). Dr. Resnick has authored and co-authored numerous White Papers and collaborates as part of the ROC-team (Resnick-O'Neill-Cramer) commissioned to develop next- generation camouflage (smart textile systems integration) for the Kingdom of Jordan and UK/MOD. ROC-Team developed visual mitigation technologies and programs for US Department of Energy, the US Department of the Interior and the Bureau of Land Management (Visual Mitigation 'Handbook'). Dr. Resnick leads RMANNCO's R&D Team efforts with the US Army PEO Soldier Group for several projects. He is tasked with oversight of the company's physical plant expansion and transitioning of the microencapsulation pilot plant to a fully-operational GMP production facility. Ronald is an award-winning technologist, philanthropist, serial entrepreneur, inventor, published author, and accomplished speaker. With more than 25 years of experience in technology, he has provided large-scale business solutions to industry leaders in automotive, energy, financial services, healthcare, smart-building automation, manufacturing, retail, photographic imaging, and transportation. He holds patents covering a variety of technology innovations and is sought out globally for his expertise in hybrid cloud computing, virtualization, systems architecture, information security, real-time embedded systems, agile development methodologies, analytics, and mobility solutions.
Ronald founded Technical Products Group - a provider of advanced night vision and imaging systems, Redmer Controls - a provider of advanced electro-mechanical testing equipment, and Solid Logic Technology - a cloud/mobile software development firm. He formerly served as a Technology Leader and Systems Engineer at EDS. He served as software development manager at Hicks Equipment, AFFINA, and American Processing Company. Professor Stewart possesses a varied background in multiple scientific disciplines and sub -disciplines, e.g., TEM Microscopy; Forensic Archaeology; Historical Archaeology; Paleontology; Earth and Space Science; Astronomy; NEI-Imaging; Radio Telescopy (SONAR/RADAR/LIDAR); Law Enforcement <Forensic Consultant>; Medical Paleontology; Physics/Astrophysics and Product Development; Biological Sciences; Bio-Fuels and Fuel Emissions-Testing; Cosmology; Earth and Planetary Sciences; Energy-/Seismic Imaging and Photography Sciences. Prior to joining RMANNCO Ron held numerous high-level R&D positions in private and public companies, in government institutions, where he was tasked with oversight of multi-national/multi-cultural international projects centering on Historical Archaeology and Forensic Paleontology (GPR-Seismic Studies). Ron's most recent research led to his development of a proprietary imaging technology ("IMMI<a>") that is capable of locating more fossil fuel deposits than conventional seismic methods. This proprietary technology is under License to RMANNCO, Inc. Ron was the former Senior VP for Marketing for Bell Products of Austin, TX and was the City Manager at Seagraves, TX for 5 years. Ron has taught college level courses instructing ancient pictographic recognition methods and artifact retrieval methods to Turkish students and adult learners during international archaeological research projects on the Plains of Greater Mount Ararat. Ron also taught classes at Seagraves Community College where he was the Director of Learning Programs. At Seagraves Ron taught classes in World History, History, Basic Biology, Comparative Biology, Basic Elemental Particle Physics, Physics, Chemistry, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Geology, Management, Basic Archaeology, and GED Preparation Classes. Gary Topolosky, Esq., General Counsel

Mr. Gary Topolosky functions as General Counsel for RMANNCO and is tasked with administration of all legal matters on behalf of the Company. Attorney Topolosky received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 1981 and immediately proceeded to Pitt’s Law School where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate three years later. After graduating, Gary became associated with the Webb law firm, one of the region’s oldest law firms specializing in patents, trademarks and copyrights. He joined the in-house patent staff for Alcoa two years later and served their various IP, government contract and export control needs for nearly twenty years before starting his own practice in the Pittsburgh South Hills in December 2005. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, Allegheny County and Washington County Bar Associations, the Pittsburgh Intellectual Property Bar Association and has been licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 1985. In his 28 plus years focusing on intellectual property law, Gary has written and prosecuted over 155 U.S. patents, numerous international equivalent patents, and 60 Federal trademarks and service marks. Gary has lectured on intellectual property law fundamentals; new patent rules changes; the relative costs of acquiring, maintaining and enforcing one’s patents both here and abroad; and the role of IP in government contracting. He also taught numerous in-house courses on technology export control compliance while at Alcoa. He served multiple terms as a Director for the Brentwood School District and was a former councilman with Delmont Borough, Westmoreland County.
